According to Knox and others and Mercier and Norton, terrorism is the threat or use of force to bring about political change. A single common characteristic of terrorism is that terrorism involves violence and the threat of violence. Thus, the so-called “ambazonia” struggle is 100 percent terrorism (ambazonia terrorism), and all involved with Ambazonia Terrorist Group are all “Shit-No-Wipe-Lass” (“SNWL”) terrorists who must be vanquished or kumkumized at the earliest opportunity. Archetypal examples of horrid atrocities committed by amba “SNWL” terrorists are the butchering, with machetes, of Mme Ayafor Florence, Ms Treasure, Ms Lydia, and others.

As a result of the indefatigable activism of MKPD and MKPD platform, ambazonia is overly despised and hated all over the world, and has been roundly rejected with disdain (just like ISIS, al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, Al-Shabaab, etc.) because the international community and international organizations like the United Nations (UN), European Union, African Union, ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations), etc. now know that the so-called struggle for ambazonia independence is 100% terrorism. Thus, ambazonian has been spewed or vomited like bad medicine by all countries, and by all credible and influential international organizations. Without MKPD and MKPD platform, which has irredeemably tarnished ambafools and  amba “SNWL” terrorists by exposing  their grotesque and horrid atrocities, they would still have been in the business of licking US Congressmen’s/women’s arses, “enjoying Swiss cheese”, deceiving Western media, and many psychologically flawed deplorables who would give them a listening ear. The widely circulated videos by MKPD and which have been widely watched, of the hacking to death (with utter cruelty and depravity), with machetes, of Mme Ayafor Florence, Ms Treasure, Ms Lydia, etc. have indelibly or permanently tarnished and destroyed any iota of chance that these ambafools and amba “SNWL” terrorists will be given a listening ear by the international community and by credible and consequential institutions like the UN. Thus, ambafools and idiotic terrorists like smelling Nicolas Nguh Santo; chief carpenters, and morons like Nsoh Foncha (Obi); pig-ignorant “piss” ambassadors like Yannick Sicot, should surrender themselves to the Cameroonian authorities for amnesty and rehabilitation rather than talking about a “piss” or “piece” initiative. Dr Nkongho Success did the right thing. So, what is terrorism, and what is its anatomy (terrorist crimes)?

United Nations The UN Security Council, in its resolution 1566 (2004) and the United Nations General Assembly’s Declaration on Measures to Eliminate International Terrorism (resolution 49/60 of 1994 ), referred to terrorism as “criminal acts, including against civilians, committed with the intent to cause death or serious bodily injury, or taking of hostages, with the purpose to provoke a state of terror in the general public or in a group of persons or particular persons, intimidate a population or compel a Government or an international organization to do or to abstain from doing any act” (https://undocs.org/S/RES/1566(2004). And that such acts “are in any circumstances unjustifiable, …” The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights defines terrorism as “acts of violence that target civilians in the pursuit of political or ideological aims.”

International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism The International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism of 1999 (https://treaties.un.org/doc/db/Terrorism/english-18-11.pdf) states that any person commits a terrorist act if that person by any means, directly or indirectly, unlawfully and wilfully, provides or collects funds with the intention that they should be used or in the knowledge that they are to be used, in full or in part, in order to carry out acts intended to cause death or serious bodily injury to a civilian, or to any other person not taking an active part in the hostilities in a situation of armed conflict, when the purpose of such act, by its nature or context, is to intimidate a population, or to compel a government or an international organization to do or to abstain from doing any act. Thus, ambafools in the diaspora who are fundraising and contributing towards the funding of ambazonia terrorism in Cameroon are all committing a terrorist act, and so are terrorists.

International Law According to international law, terrorism involves the perpetration of criminal acts like murder, kidnapping, hostage-taking, arson, and so on, or threatening such an act, and the intent to spread fear among the population.

African Union The African Union, in its Article 1 (Section 3) of “OAU Convention on the Prevention and Combating of Terrorism, 1999” defines a Terrorist act as:

a) Any act which is a violation of the criminal laws of a State Party and which may endanger the life, physical integrity or freedom of, or cause serious injury or death to, any person, any number or group of persons or causes or may cause damage to public or private property, natural resources, environmental or cultural heritage and is calculated or intended to: (i) Intimidate, put in fear, force, coerce or induce any government, body, institution, the general public or any segment thereof, to do or abstain from doing any act, or to adopt or abandon a particular standpoint, or to act according to certain principles; or (II) Disrupt any public service, the delivery of any essential service to the public or to create a public emergency; or (III) Create general insurrection in a State. (b) Any promotion, sponsoring, contribution to, command, aid, incitement, encouragement, attempt, threat, conspiracy, organizing, or procurement of any person, with the intent to commit any act referred to in paragraph (a) (i) to (iii).

European Union Defines terrorist offences as offences committed with the aim of:

  • Seriously intimidating a population, or
  • Unduly compelling a Government or international organisation to perform or abstain from performing any act, or seriously destabilising or destroying the fundamental political, constitutional, economic, or social structures of a country or an international organisation, shall be deemed to be terrorist offences: a) attacks upon a person’s life which may cause death; b) attacks upon the physical integrity of a person; c) kidnapping or hostage taking; d) causing extensive destruction to a Government or public facility, a public place or private property likely to endanger human life or result in major economic loss; etc.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Defines terrorism as follows: “the unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence, instilling fear and terror, against individuals or property in an attempt to coerce or intimidate governments or societies, or to gain control over a population, to achieve political, religious or ideological objectives.”

United Kingdom The United Kingdom’s Terrorism Act 2000 and Terrorism Act 2006 defined terrorism as follows:

  1. In this Act “terrorism” means the use or threat of action where:
  2. The action falls within subsection (2),
  3. The use or threat is designed to influence the government or international governmental organizations or to intimidate the public or a section of the public and
  4. The use or threat is made for the purpose of advancing a political, religious, or ideological cause.
  5. Action falls within this subsection if it:
  6. Involves serious violence against a person,
  7. Involves serious damage to property,
  8. Endangers a person’s life, other than that of the person committing the action,
  9. Creates a serious risk to the health or safety of the public or a section of the public or
  10. Is designed seriously to interfere with or seriously to disrupt an electronic system.

United States The United States defines terrorism as: “…activities that involve violent… or life-threatening acts… that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State and… appear to be intended: (I) To intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (II) To influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (III) To affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping”.

US Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Defines terrorism as the “unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a Government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.” The U.S. Army Manual & Department of Defence Dictionary of Military Terms Define terrorism as the “calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear. It is intended to coerce or intimidate governments or societies … [to attain] political, religious, or ideological goals.”

From the above-mentioned, ambazonia nonsense or so-called struggle is pure terrorism, and thus, the terrorists must be brought to justice or justice taken to them one way or the other. And “kumkumization” is one of the surest and most effective and efficient ways of ridding Cameroon of ambazonia terrorism. However, those who drop their guns and go to the DDR Centres will save their lives, and eventually, will be rehabilitated and integrated back into society. Fix your roof whilst there is sunshine! Tomorrow maybe too late!
