In 2023, Ndong Emmanuel aka Capo Daniel resigned from Cho Lucas Yabah’s AGovC group and created his own group and called it PRAP. Ndong Emmanuel said the idea of PRAP was to seek direct negotiation with the Cameroon government to negotiate ONE Cameroon with some autonomy for the former Southern Cameroons. Ndong now says that ambazonia is only an aspiration, that there is no hope for independence. He acknowledged that the separatist factions missed opportunities to dialogue with the regime in Yaoundé to get concessions and cut their losses.
About a year ago, Ndong Emmanuel said he had gained the support of the International Communities organisation (ICO) to help him prepare a so-called Peace Plan Paper, a concession that would be tabled to the Cameroon Government for consideration as a foundation to direct talks with Yaoundé. The ICO is an NGO.
Ndong Emmanuel went on to unilaterally declare a “Cessation of hostilities” (as if anyone was in hostilities with his one-man organisation).
Ngong Emmanuel understood his limitations. He has a speech impediment and lacks formal education and lacks credibility. So Ndong Emmanuel lobbied the assistance of two “intellectuals”, namely Dr Gabila and J.J Asongu, and they came together and formed a coalition and ANOTHER social media organisation called APJ. These two “intellectuals” were meant to give the organisation a veneer of respect and give his adventure a level of credibility or seriousness.
So Ndong Emmanuel was flying on cloud Nine, making BOLD claims about direct talks with Yaoundé, that his organisation had secured serious “presentations to the UN”, that they had a BIG CONFERENCE in Canada, that Yaoundé is serious to negotiate with him, blah blah blah.. he even claimed to have secured foreign investments blah blah bah.. He was counting on the ICO spending millions of Frs CFA to organise the “Conference” in Canada.
But there is only one problem he did not prepare for. The anglophone sickness called infighting, not to mention incompetence, wickedness and jealousy. Within a few short months, cracks started appearing. All the people who joined his organisation started trying to hijack it and take it over.
So as of today, I can categorically tell you that the whole house of cards has come crumbling down. The ICO saw through their incompetence and left the clown show. Yesterday, Dr Gabila resigned, and J.J Asongu has also left the comedy. Ndong Emmanuel is left alone, still lacking educational foundation, still without a veneer of respect of credibility, no financial backing, and ZERO grassroots support.
So, there will be no BIG Canda Conference. There will be no international support, not even from an NGO like the ICO.
We are still waiting for the earth shattering UNITED NATIONS PRESENTATIONS that will Change the game.
All the noise.. and NOTHING to show for it.
Now here is what you need to understand about the so-called anglophone separatists. They are NOT, and have NEVER been fighting against the Cameroon government. They only claim to be separatists, but in reality, they are NOT separatists. They are NOT Rebels. What they have been doing is called Rabble-rousing, a desperate way to get the attention of the SAME Government they claim to be fighting against.
From day one, they have been creating these mushroom “organisations” in a desperate bid to position themselves to “sit on the table” with Yaoundé. They are just Hungry. They desperately want to be recognised or even acknowledged by officials in the Cameroon government. These rabble-rousers hope to be called and given small envelops so that they can shut up. For as long as the Cameroon Government ignores them, they will continue making noise, like the homeless, hungry and toothless bulldogs that they are.
NO ONE SHOULD TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY.
This amba thing is simply a big rabble-rousing clown-show that is no longer funny. But the show continues, because the clowns are still hungry.
PS: Cho Lucas Yabah has been in Prison in Norway for 5 months, locked up incommunicado, for inciting Crimes against Humanity in Cameroon. This is the fate of all these clowns.
