Foley Hoag was the law firm retained by the Ambazonian separatists regarding the lawsuit brought by SCACUF against the #Cameroon government.
The retainer agreement that was signed 5/7/17 between the Foley Hoag LLP Law Firm and SCACUF (Southern Cameroons Ambazonia Consortium United Front), and a cheque of $35,000 (17.5M frs CFA) was paid as a retainer fee.
At that time, many ambazonians hailed it as a giant step towards independence. 4 years later, ZERO outcome. Who cursed these people?
Foley Hoag scammed ambazonians and walked away with a cool 17.5Million Frs CFA ($35,000) – I come with the receipts.. see the evidence – the Cheque is presented as evidence.
These are just some of the FAILURES and LIES in this struggle.
Where on earth have you ever heard a Law firm registered in the USA taking a sovereign state like Cameroon to sue them? And to sue them in what court? Only international courts have jurisdiction to hear a case against a sovereign state, and not all states are signatories to certain internal courts. IT WAS A PURE SCAM. PROVE ME WRONG BY SHOWING ME THE RESULTS FROM THE LAWSUITE.
