MKPD. This is commander victor of Muloin in Njinikom sub division who have terrorised the entire population of Njinikom targeting teachers and students of public schools. He was the one who planted bombs in Njinikom municipal stadium during the peace tornanment, targeting civilian population. Yesterday 21 Oct 2023, after fabricating a bomb, he took the bomb, tied it on the bike and was coming to plant it on the road, but he had an accident, the bike threw him to the ground and the bomb exploded and killed the smelly terrorst on the spot. Hahaha
