The DO, Adamu Ibrahim of #Ndu has issued a powerful communique, dated 05 Mar 2022.
Vehicles transporting fuel between Ndu and #Kumbo MUST do so using the main highway that covers the stretch of the ring-road, transiting through Tatum and Kumbo. The use of all other roads which include seasonal tracks and bush paths passing through terrorist camps is hereby STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
That ANY driver caught violating this order shall have their vehicle impounded and they will be detained and investigated for smuggling of arms to supply terrorists.
All heads of Defense and security forces in Ndu are charged with distributing Kumkum to anyone who goes against this order.
This order should be communicated to all. A word to a wise is ENOUGH.
