Mbororo community has been one of the most affected. These pasturalists have been systematically targetted by Amba Terrorists for a long time. Their catle and livelyhood has been decimated in the NW and SW regions.

MBORORO HERDERS GO ON A REPRISAL ATTACK.
Mbororo herders in Ntamru, Donga Mantung Division, NW Cameroon, on 23rd Dec. 2013, repelled an attack by Amba boys when they tried to attack them. They pursued the Amba to their camp. Four Amba boys were killed in the fighting and two were captured alive by the herders. No herder was injured in the fight as Amba boys failed when they tried to shoot at them.
They destroyed the camp which has been used in the past to attack the herders more than 10 different times killing several herders. The herders seized large amounts of Odeshi (cultist talismans) and all the guns and ammunition from the Ambas. The photos of the dead Ambas are not appropriate to post here. However, here are the odeshi seized and part of their camp on fire.
Fighting a war on different fronts has never been a winning strategy and Amba are best advised to stop attacking herders. They will never win. Even if the herders leave they will prepare and come back. They cannot be cleared as the Ambas naively believe.
