Ambazonia

US Congress House Resolution (HR358) destroys Ambazonia dreams

US CONGRESS – HOUSE RESOLUTION 358 (H. RES. 358) of 116tth CONGRESS , 1ST SESSION!!!!!!!

This lady is the latest enemy of Ambazonia
H. RES. 358, which was introduced in or submitted to the United States’ House of Representatives on 7 May 2019 by Ms Karen Bass (SPONSOR) with 42 COSPONSORS, and which has been referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, is ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING to the ambazonia terrorist organization, the so-called ambazonia armed struggle.

IT SAYS AMBAZONIA TERRORISTS SHOULD DISARM AND DISBAND IMMEDIATELY. The word “ambazonia” is NOT MENTIONED AT ALL, instead, the MARAUDING and SHAMBOLIC DEATH CULTISTS, and the CRIMINAL CABAL are referred to as ARMED GROUPS – TERRORISTS. Although this resolution is not binding, it is another NAIL IN THE COFFIN of the AMBAZONIA NONSENSE (CRAP).

NO HIDING PLACE FOR AMBAZOMBIE TERRORISTS ON THE SO-CALLED GROUND ZERO AND IN THE DIASPORA. They have put their HEADS IN A NOOSE, and the NOOSE IS TIGHTENING (and POOH and URINE are APLENTY).

IN A NUTSHELL, THE RESOLUTION URGES THE AMBAZONIA TERRORIST ORGANIZATION TO DISARM AND DISBAND IMMEDIATELY OR BE VANQUISHED BY THE CAMEROON DEFENCE AND SECURITY FORCES, WIPE THEM OUT!!!!!!! ALSO, THAT THE TERRORISTS IN THE DIASPORA SHOULD STOP INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE AND HATE SPEECH – SHUT UP.

The Resolution (H. RES. 358) acknowledges that:

• The Ambazonia terrorists have been burning school buildings, threatening education officials with violence if they did not comply with school boycott, and kidnapping for ransom children and teachers who defy the boycott.
• Numerous human rights organizations have documented ambazonia terrorists killing traditional leaders and targeting civilians, including women, children, and the elderly, who are perceived to be supporting or working with the Government of Cameroon, and reports indicate that ambazonia terrorists have killed scores of security force personnel.
The Resolution (H. RES. 358) URGES the Government of Cameroon to:
• 4 (A): Initiate broad-based dialogue without preconditions and make a credible, full faith effort to work with religious and community leaders in the Anglophone region to address grievances and seek nonviolent solutions to resolve conflict and constitutional reforms that would protect minority concerns, such as reconstituting a Federal system.
The dialogue is NOT WITH AMBAZOMBIE TERRORISTS, THE DIALOGUE IS WITH CAMEROONIAN RELIGIOUS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS AND THOSE WHO ARE IN CAMEROON. THE LEECHES, PARASITES, RIFF-RAFFS, AND PARIAHS IN THE DIASPORA DO NOT HAVE A SEAT AT THE TABLE. 💪🏾
• 4 (B): Follow through on the initiatives developed to address grievances, including the Commission of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism, the Ministry of Decentralization, and the National Commission for Disarmament, Demobilization, Reintegration.
• 4 (D): Ensure that any security operations are conducted in accordance with international human rights standards, including efforts to ensure security forces only use force under appropriate circumstances.
The Cameroon Defence and Security Forces have the RIGHT under National and International Law to use force to VANQUISH or root out the ambazombie terrorists. And the RAGTAG ambazombie terrorists are dying LIKE FLIES.
• 4 (F): Promptly charge or release all those detained in the context of the Anglophone crisis, including the Cameroonians forcibly returned from Nigeria, and ensure that any future detainees are treated with due process, in line with Cameroon’s penal code.
There is NO CALL for Sisiku and others (the so-called NERA 10) charged with TERRORISM OFFENCES WITH POSSIBLE DEATH PENALTY to be released. The implication is that, the US House of Representatives (CONGRESS) recognizes that Sisiku is a TERRORIST, just like the other NINE.

The Government is encouraged to use its ANTITERRORISM LAW to prosecute offenses that would be considered acts of terrorism under international legal standards. Citizens of Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, and other Western countries have been prosecuted and jailed for supporting terrorism, e.g. financing, encouraging, disseminating terrorism propaganda, etc. Some have lost their citizenship. Thus, prosecuting Sisiku and others as terrorists meets international legal standards.

• 4 (H): Release the leaders and members of the Cameroon Renaissance Movement party.
While there is an EXPLICIT CALL for Dr Maurice Kamto (the chairman of the MRC party) and other leaders of his party to be RELEASED, there is NO SUCH CALL TO RELEASE Sisiku et al. Kamto et al. are NOT TERRORISTS, but Sisiku et al. ARE TERRORISTS.
The Resolution (H. RES. 358) URGES AMBAZONIA TERRORISTS to:
• 5 (A) Engage with Cameroonian government officials, as well as civil society and religious leaders, in a broad-based dialogue without preconditions to PEACEFULLY EXPRESS GRIEVANCES AND CREDIBLY ENGAGE IN NONVIOLENT EFFORTS TO RESOLVE THE CONFLICT;
• 5 (B) IMMEDIATELY STOP COMMITTING HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES, including KILLING OF CIVILIANS, USE OF CHILD SOLDIERS, TORTURE, KIDNAPPING, AND EXTORTION;
• 5 (C) END THE SCHOOL BOYCOTT IMMEDIATELY and CEASE ATTACKS ON SCHOOLS, TEACHERS, and EDUCATION OFFICIALS, and ALLOW FOR THE SAFE RETURN OF ALL STUDENTS TO CLASS;
• 5 (D) END INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE and HATE SPEECH ON THE PART OF THE DIASPORA; and
• 5 (E) IMMEDIATELY RELEASE ALL CIVILIANS ILLEGALLY DETAINED or KIDNAPPED in the Anglophone Northwest and Southwest regions.
